Supreme Feeds to support agricultural value chain, rewards distributors

Pandagric Novum Limited, maker of Supreme Feeds, is ready to support farmers across the agricultural value chain to achieve high yields.

The company welcomed and rewarded its distributors across Nigeria with recognition awards and cash gifts at its annual Distributor Conference in Abuja Recently tagged “Partners for Growth”, the conference was attended by distributors from all 36 states to recognize their efforts and get feedback for better customer satisfaction. .

This year’s conference aims to foster a stronger relationship between the company and its distributors and to reward them for their sponsorship over the years.

Managing Director, Bruce Spain, spoke of the need to partner with customers to meet the challenges facing poultry feed businesses in Nigeria.

According to him, “We understand the difficulties that abound in doing this type of business in Nigeria, and so it has become imperative for us to form a tight-knit community where we welcome distributors into our Supreme Feeds network and reward them for their efforts.

“I can see the excitement in their faces, I see myself in them a little bit. The passion that our customers share in our interests is why we want them to have a rewarding business that will expand their market share. We brought them here to Abuja to honor them because their success is our success.

Managing Director, Sales and Marketing, Tunji Osoko, said, “At Pandagric, we want to redefine the concept of agriculture and be the producer of choice for feed and food in Nigeria. When you say Supreme Feeds, you mean foods that provide quality nutrition, something a little more advanced than what others have to offer on the market.

A total of 65 distributors received the Prestige category awards, while 13 were awarded in the Bronze category and 7 distributors obtained the Silver awards. One distributor received the Gold category plaque and another received the Diamond category plaque. Nine distributors received regional champion awards while national awards were given to the top 3 distributors nationwide. Olaji Farms won third place and Eggbath Global Ltd second place while the top prize went to Esthernaco Nigeria Ltd. Each award came with a cash prize.

One of the winners, Olayemi Segun, who became a distributor several years ago, said the award would help him stock more birds and therefore improve his sales. Dr Hauwa Yahaya, who became a distributor two years ago, said: “Pandagric has allowed me to have more relationships with other distributors and by myself, I have brought in more farmers who are amazing testimonials to the results they get from Supreme Feeds”.
